Earlier business was started in 1977 in name of Rajesh Vastra Bhandar, at, Mantha, a town located in Jalna District of Maharashtra. The venture was started by Rajesh Puranmal Bansal, at the age of 16.

Taking a leap from a small city of Mantha to Jalna.

In the year 2007, Mr. Rajesh P. Bansal,invested in the spinning division Laxmi Cotspin Ltd., manufacturing 100% cotton yarn. Located at Jalna, Maharashtra.

In the year 2009, started the biggest showroom for kids in the Marathwada Region of the Maharashtra state, in the name of Hello Kids, which is a joint venture.

In the year 2010, sold the Rajesh Vastra Bhandar and in year 2011 started a new venture of saree store at Jalna, which is named as Shagun Sarees, at Jalna, Maharashtra.

Between the year 2010-2011 Vikas Bansal was looking after the Ginning and Pressing Division where we use organic cotton to make bales further which are used for our spinning division.

In the year 2017 November, got into online platform.
