Refund and Exchange Policy

We don’t have Pick-Up facility
You can send back parcel via India Post, which charge less shipping charges.
Only the product amount is refunded, not the courier charges. 

EXCHANGE:
To ensure the fast exchange, you can place the new order on website, as the products do get out of stock fast.
Once, we get the parcel of exchange, the amount will be refunded. Only the product amount is refunded, not the courier charges.

REFUND:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you got your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (the product should be in same conditions and not the crushed packing).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Mention your order number on the parcel and the detailed address with mobile number, as, once we get the parcel or team do call.
Once your return is received and inspected, our team will call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
